Fake P.I.'s Workplace Got Robbed with Bear Mace

I'm not sure if the fake private investigator was on duty that day, but I certainly don't have any sympathy for him if he was one of the victims.  I have not forgotten how he had contributed to the loss of my job.  He had it good at Save-on-Foods.  It's just too bad he didn't realize it then.

More Shoe-Enemies

On May 10, 2015, I saw Kelsie N. wearing some mint-green Nike Free 5.0s at Spinners Sports Nanaimo at Country Club Mall.  Of course, I couldn't pass up on the opportunity to ask for some poses.  Please see the thumbnails below.

Obviously, she was more than willing to participate after telling her it was for my blog.  I re- approached her 2 months later to get her thoughts.  Her face lit up and she said:  "It was really good!!"

Several months later (in either December or January), I revisited the store.  This time Kelsie's co-worker, Tanis W. was working with her.  I told her about the drama behind my blog, about how Cindy K. from Frontrunners Nanaimo claimed that shoe posers changed their minds even after consenting to my request.  I also went on to mention Cindy's claim that they were going to call the cops on me.

Tanis did not look taken aback or confused at all.  Instead, she shook her really hard, while sucking air inward intermittently like a fast-chewing gopher, a reaction that hinted she knew about my situation beforehand (in hindsight).  I asked Kelsie if she had read my backstories and the drama that Cindy K. has caused and she said she had no idea.  At the end of our dialogue, Tanis asked where I worked, just like Jane Moxam did after Mexican Dave "froze" my gym membership.  Readers can refresh on the details of Cindy's antics here.

Almost immediately after, Tanis and Kelsie went to V.C., the assistant store manager at the time.  It also turns out that Tanis had some familiarity (friendship) with him.  Their aim was to try and get me in trouble the same way Cindy did.  Why didn't they take their complaints to the head store manager?  My guess would be that it's hard to tell a bullshit story to a stranger in clear conscience.

First of all, the photographing was done outside of my workplace so to bring this shit into my workplace after the same way Cindy K. did when she successfully got me banned from the Nanaimo Athletic Club gym and then got me suspended from my workplace was obviously influenced by Cindy and Frontrunners Nanaimo.  Did Frontrunners Nanaimo (particularly Cindy, Cheryl, and T-Mac) bribe or incentivize them (with free sneakers)?

V.C. was "tricked" into thinking that just because my hobby is okay with me doesn't mean it's okay with them, the same way that Cindy tried to brainwash me into thinking that the posers changed their minds after giving me permission to photograph their shoes.  Having said that, V.C. couldn't figure out why Kelsie didn't refuse my request in the first place.  V.C. also went on to tell me that the two girls were going to escalate their complaints further than approaching V.C. about it.  I asked V.C. what they were going to do and he said:  "They were going to call the cops."  That was the clinching confirmation to me that their complaints were not legit.  That's exactly what Cindy K. used to intimidate me from carrying out my hobby.

There is no way that Kelsie, who was so willing to shoe pose for me and was so enthusiastic about my blog would think to turn on me like that unless she knew about the Frontrunners' drama and a friend of hers supported that kind of bullying.  Tanis clearly had an influence on Kelsie.  They are more than just co-workers.  They are friends as shown below.

Also, I find it quite strange that Tanis was part of the complaint even though I did not photograph her shoes.  Tanis quit her job shortly after.

Six months later, after Kelsie found out that I knew what she had done to me, she was very worried.  Every time I shopped in the store while she was there, she couldn't brisk walk fast enough to the store's backroom (to hide and to stay hidden from me).  If I was just walking past the store, she would be rolling her upper body on the countertop as though she had an upset stomach.

Kelsie & Tanis.  You had no idea the emotional torment that I had to endure.  To try to bandwagon on Cindy's antics only adds to my trauma and my drive to call you out.  Do you think it's funny to have someone death-threaten you and to have your job taken away from you?  Perhaps you two are just as narcissistic as the D.T.A. as you clearly have no empathy.  If Spinners Sports continues to hire these types of employees (who associate themselves with criminals and bullies of another company) then I will recommend against shopping there.

These two girls, along with Jane Moxam (former gym manager), T-Mac, Cheryl J., C.K., and the blonde Mona Lisa, should all be banned from entering Save-on-Foods, particularly the Nanaimo stores.  If the DTM and the DTA are no longer working their shifts, a suitable move would be to bar them from entry too.  By the way, Cheryl still shops at Save-on-Foods.  To have that privilege taken away from her would serve as just punishment.

Death-Threat Accomplice Looks Defeated

After I was able to establish that the DTA was diagnosed with narcissistic personality disorder, which I posted on Aug. 18, 2021, she exhibited some pretty telling signs that she had to give up her job at Save-on-Foods.  My guess is that the accommodations specialist re-issued an inquiry for a doctor's assessment of her mental condition based off of my claim.  Examine the following:

On Oct. 24, 2021, it appears these were posted after the doctor deemed her too unhealthy to continue working (at Save-on-Foods).  Even if that wasn't true, she is not in a good place.  These photos collectively show that she is severely depressed and experiencing some embarrassment.

A rainbow in a cloudy, darkened sky indicates she struggles mightily to cheer herself up.  A flower on a matching window sill that both resemble the colour of aspirin or Pepto Bismol can be likened to someone trying to ease her emotional pain just like the way one would alleviate a headache or soothe an upset stomach.  Next, it looks like she needed some healing sound therapy to unbind her soul.  Note the collection of white sound cups.

The last illustration is the most disturbing.  She's clearly trying to talk herself up to overcome the embarrassing doctor's NPD diagnosis of her.  She goes on to say how "dangerous" she is if you piss her off.  That's fine and all but she's really referring to the people who she has victimized.  Typical narcissist trying to make it out to be that she's the victim of harassment instead, by twisting things around.  She is in no position to claim anything of her character to be breached in order to justify revenge.

Proof of Death-Threat Couple's Affiliation

Former Nanaimo Athletic Club Owner, Mexican Dave, and former gym manager, Jane Moxam, along with the Frontrunners shoe store staff got together with a couple of my former co-workers at the Nanaimo Save-on-Foods grocery store used a death-threat tactic in an attempt to get me fired because they did not like me and my hobby.  I was first put on a one-day suspension in 2014 and then was put on suspension, disguised as a medical leave in November 2018 for standing up to a co-worker's continued (death-threat) harassment.

After establishing that the death-threat accomplice was no longer suited to return to Save-on-Foods as a working employee because of her narcissistic personality disorder, there has been a more urgent desire by the company to fire the death-threat manager that she teamed up with.  All that Save-on-Foods needs is a clinching piece of fact on the death-threat manager, just like the one I was able to disclose on the DTA.  Well, I'm happy to assist.  I've been saving this for the right moment.

After the death-threat gang successfully got me suspended from work, I noticed the DTA hid her friends' list from non-friends.  Pretty strange for a narcissist to do when it's important for her to show off her popularity, and she has a huge list of Facebook friends.  Unfortunately for the DTA, the death-threat manager did not hide his friends' list.  Low & behold, they are Facebook friends.

This is a significant point because the DTM was not a very popular manager during his time at the Country Club store.  On his friends' list, the DTA was the only person from that store.  Everyone else on that list was not associated with that store at the time.  Based on all of her past behaviours leading up to the death-threat harassment and her hovering around customers who were wearing fancy-looking shoes who pass by me while at work, this just confirms and validates my suspicions of her involvement.  The death-threat couple maintained contact so they could update each other about how to further get me in trouble.

After I had notified the REAL head office people in April 2019 (not the ones the 2018 manager told) about my blog, the company did a more thorough investigation.  The 2018 manager is Facebook friends with the DTA.  No wonder I still got suspended, even though I was the victim.  Shortly after, the DTM defriended the DTA.  Another wave of investigations took place over the summer and in August 2019, the DTM was stripped of his head management duties of his then-assigned store and quickly privatized (concealed) his Facebook friends' list.

There is now no doubt that the DTA was reporting to the DTM about me all along.  There's this saying:  "Live by the sword.  Die by the sword."  If the DTA and the DTM want to conduct illegal activity together and the DTA got fired for it, the 2014 death-threat manager should also be fired.  He's both a bad man+ager.

Death-Threat Accomplice Diagnosed with Narcissistic Personality Disorder

If this is the first blog post new readers come across, let me just recap by saying that 3 narcissists used my shoe hobby against me to get me fired, via death threat or slander.  Sift through the "Thoughts" and "Stories & Incidents" tabs for full details.

When it was apparent that I was not resuming my employment with Save-on-Foods, the D.T.A. was finally held accountable.  She was put on a 6-month medical leave almost immediately after.  How do I know?  I know because the accommodations specialist framed my assertion towards the death threat as being an unlogical psycho.  This tactic was used as a "fancy" way to suspend me.  The doctor suggested that I take a 6-month medical leave from work.

I have no doubt they were able to sense something amiss with her behaviour just from my complaints.  The same tactic was used to keep her away from work, although this time it was justified.  The D.T.A.'s usage of narcissism to avoid punishment sums up what I've been trying to say to the company leaders all along.  It's too bad I didn't know of the word:  "narcissism" before I have written that post.  When she got back from her paid sick leave, she posted the following in her bio:

It's very unlikely that a narcissist knows (s)he is one, according to this article.

 

Are Narcissists Aware of Their Disorder?

Ultimately, whether a narcissist knows they are a narcissist is like asking a target of their abuse if they're aware of what made them susceptible to attracting this type of toxic individual. Most people aren't unless they’ve experienced an abusive relationship with a narcissistic individual and have begun the research that typically ensues when seeking answers about the narcissist's cruelty.

However, unlike the individual who learns they have traits that make them attractive to narcissists can strive to develop healthier thoughts and habits, narcissists are not at all concerned with self-improvement…unless it’s a façade and a temporary means of reaching an end. 

In short, to what extent the narcissistic individual is aware that they are disordered really depends on the gravity of their condition. But, in any case, don’t expect to get a straight answer to your question from the narcissist themselves. Their actions always speak louder than their words, and that is what you need to pay attention to.

Based on what we know about narcissists and the timing of her denial that she is one, indicates she has been diagnosed with a narcissistic personality disorder.  This woman cares greatly about how she is perceived and it's clearly evident her diagnosis embarrassed her.  Narcissists don't understand empathy so claiming to be more than 100% empathetic is just a desperate plea to rewrite people's perception of her.  This article states that 5 out of the 9 characteristics below must be met by the patient to be diagnosed with NPD.  Sadly, with what I have experienced and witnessed, the D.T.A. meets all of them.

Might I also add that since a narcissist like her can't understand the negative impact of her actions on her targeted victims and her insatiable desires for attention and admiration by her peers, she will traumatize another person again.  She is clearly not fit to work.  If Save-on-Foods thinks I'm not healthy enough to return to work for standing up to death-threat harassment, then a narcissist who goes as far as a death threat to compete for attention is not only unhealthy but is also a threat to the people in her working environment.  Be sure to have her stay punished!!

A Job Downgrade for the Fake P. I.

As mentioned previously, a former co-worker of mine falsely claimed himself to be a private investigator and that his daughter was a lawyer in order to help me bring justice to this scandal that I fell victim to.  Because I believed him, he cheated me out of $200.  More on this here as all he was after was to poke his nose into other people's business, mine in particular.

I never ended up getting my money back and I don't ever expect to but his guilty conscience and his mischievous acts of intoxicating his former working environment got him suspended for a 6-month stretch and even ultimately being fired almost immediately after.

He now works at one of the Nanaimo 7-11 convenience stores during graveyard hours.  He looks very nervous and self-conscious in his surroundings.  Gee, I wonder how many other people he has cheated to make himself feel so afraid?  His desires to quench his short-term satisfaction by lying and cheating people has left him losing more than the $200 he gained from me and the thrill he has gained from fooling other people.  He now has a shittier pay rate with shittier work hours.  It all goes to show that crime & dishonesty doesn't pay.

These attributes of his character are what he used to suck me in.

Some People Really ARE That Bad - Pt. 2

My recent exposure to these videos has reopened some hurtful wounds and I need to get this out to relieve my pain.

For those who are oblivious to the ordeal I've been through as a sneakerhead, refer to the "I Got Framed"post and refer to the "Not Feeling Sorry for the Wolf Crier" post.  Watch the video below and I will point out the people's evil attributes that I've specifically endured and experienced.

Point #4 - Profitable Deception:  This fake private investigator established himself as a prophet to the outcome of my situation - the coming out of the truth and how my enemies would all be forced out of town.  Although he's been mostly right so far, he "homographed" the word prophet into a profit by using deception. 

• Machiavellianism:  (That's who the fake P.I. is).  Click on the link for a separate video that describes his personality type more specifically.  He did every single one of those evil acts mentioned in the video to me.
• On a side note, it was brought to my attention that the DTA had been telling customers while she was still working at the Nanaimo grocery store (my former workplace) that I was the one harassing her.  Watch the same video during this timeslot to see what kind of person she is.  She was about to be punished heavily and wanted customers to feel sorry for her.  If I were in her position, I'd keep my mouth shut, put my head down, and do my own thing.  By her actions, she has clearly shown she has no remorse for the trauma she has put me through and not admitting any wrongdoing.  Sounds like her upcoming punishment isn't harsh enough.

• Narcissism 

• The death-threat accomplice can't stand the sight of other people's positives because she thinks so highly of being the center of attention that she manipulates her workplace environment to bring people down.

• The death-threat starter at the Nanaimo Frontrunners shoe store also thinks so highly of herself that she tries to manipulate the thoughts of other people so that their actions don't interfere with her attention-grabbing desires.  She used a death threat to brainwash me into feeling shame and self-guilt for my hobby and lied to my shoe posers about my ulterior motives.

Point #6 - Universal Self-Interest:   The DTA only cares about her pleasure, comfort, & success.  She takes pleasure in others' pain to succeed in obtaining status that gives her comfort knowing that she's gained stronger job security.  Cheryl D., the former Frontrunners employee, also seeks pleasure in other people's pain.  In fact, her former co-worker says she likes to participate and jump on the bandwagon of pre-existing bullying.

Closing Thoughts:

Having demonstrated how bad some people really can be, if anyone still thinks they have a legitimate reason for death-threatening me for taking pictures of shoes will most likely be blindsided when they're taken advantage of for something else by such sinister people.  When I was still naive to such people, my mom would chastise me:  "There ARE such bad people out there.  You just haven't noticed."  Another family member said:  "There HAS to be a (legit) reason."  Well, they have a reason alright - a reason that yields such insignificant gains valued only by narrow-minded people.

I Got Rejected - Pegasus 35

During the COVID-19, it's hard to find people wearing cool shoes to interact with.  Being the sneakerhead that I am, I have to seize the opportunity to ask for shoe photos when I see something good.

Today, I found a woman wearing Nike Pegasus 35.  The colour is called guava ice pink.  Here is an example of what they look like.

Everyone makes the same pair of shoes look different.  I thought the lady I saw wearing them was worth my while asking.  First, I liked her "shoe" personality, and second, I wanted the photos to be my own that I post on here.  I'm more prideful of the collages I compose with my own photos.

After she told me she got these from Footlocker a couple of years ago, I knew it was unlikely that I was going to see anyone wearing these again.  Normally, I'd present my intentions a little bit better but I have to respect the social distancing aspect and the touching of material goods, such as my business card.  Therefore, I wasn't surprised when she became reluctant to my request and that her relative consequently finalized the "no" decision for her.

As I collected my pizzas, the two women kept looking at me while I got into my car.  I can see them saying something about my request to the pizza clerk who just served me.  He had to come out to take a peek at her shoes.  It didn't seem like my request was as big of a deal to him as it did to them.  Really!  They're just (pictures of) shoes and if there was some malicious intent to it, I wouldn't have asked in such a public environment.

I was really surprised that someone who likes her shoes so much would think my request is weird.  In my experience, most of the people in the mid-to-lower working class who live in the "poorer" part in the neighbourhood are less understanding.  I find that these types of people are not very open-minded and have not exposed themselves to a vaster variety of (sneaker) fashion.

In the end, my blog is not about making people feel uncomfortable.  If the person doesn't want to pose for me, then I'm not going to be happy with the photos anyway.  Better luck next shoe.

Death-Threat Accomplice Tried to Blackmail Me

For anyone who wants to understand how it all started, please read this first.

For those of you who have kept up to date with my blog, this is the last thing I wanted to disclose about the death-threat accomplice.  Now, I leave it up to Save-on-Foods to figure out her true character and tendencies as a person and as an employee in general.  If this company still thinks she's too nice to have done what she did to me, then I can at least be at peace knowing I have had my say in its entirety about her conduct towards me.  So long, DTA.  I wish you good luck moving forward.  You've caused me a lot of grief!!

I have not forgotten to address this issue.  I just wanted to wait for the right time to revisit this.  Let me explain things in chronological order.

Beg. of March 2018:

I was having a conversation with J-a at the very top of the produce walkway aisle.  Refer to the diagram in this blog post.  Direct your attention to the where the service desk is located.  The DTA was concerned about our conversation from 40 ft away!!  She was staring straight at us the whole time when she had other tasks she could've been doing.  Since the DTA also did something bad to J-a, she was worried we were getting together to get back at her.

Later that day, I went upstairs to the lunchroom on my own.  Coincidentally, J-a followed suit.  Next thing I knew, the DTA timed her coffee break so she could see what the 2 of us were up to and followed her upstairs.  Of all places, the DTA sat directly across the table from where I was sitting and swiped frantically on her phone screen.  I could tell she was checking out my blog and was very afraid that I was going to reveal her antics that would've gotten her in a lot of trouble. 

March 21, 2018:

Please skim through this signed witness statement:

 The DTA's daughter is friends with a former co-worker of ours.  This ex-co-worker (we'll call her DFD) was dating J-a's son and had a baby boy together.  Later, DFD imposed a restraining order on her son, barring him from being able to see his newborn.  I've already established throughout my blog how nosey this DTA is.  Through her daughter's friendship with DFD, she was able to influence DFD to not let J-a see her grandson, even though J-a didn't have a restraining order against her like her son does.  You see where I'm going with this here?  There had already been some tension building up between J-a and this DTA leading up to this point.

Because of my interaction with J-a earlier in the month, the DTA thought J-a's relationship with her grandson was also important to me.  By having DFD's aunt hand over J-a's son's restraining order to her right in front of me, hollering the DTA's name:  "J-r!  J-r!" made it very obvious (to me) that the DTA was trying to blackmail me.  Obviously her name is J-a and not J-r.  The DTA wants to discourage me from revealing her antics publically so she could further harass me without any reisistance.

Just like she did before, she hid behind multiple layers of people so that she doesn't get caught for her antics.   She also likes to wait for my shift to start before sending people in to harass me just like she did in this incident.

**You have a grandaughter, DTA...How would you like it if a meddling non-relative took away YOUR ability to see her??**

March 22, 2018:

The next day, the DTA was on her high horse acting like she's got a firm grip on me as though I'm at her mercy now.  Little did she know, her blackmailing attempt had no bearing on my intent on how I was going to handle her.  Later that night was when I got really mad which led to me posting the "Telling Her Off" article as seen at the beginning of this blog post. 

March 23, 2018:

Knowing that she read my latest post, she felt agitated.  When she saw me walk past her, she had this poor-sport look on her face.  She didn't like the fact she had lost that little battle.

The 2018 manager said the witness statement was useless because J-a's situation was none of my business and that it was submitted too late.  He was trying to protect the DTA.  I know because he asked her a closed-ended question when he presented this witness statement to her, which can only yield a "yes" or a "no" answer.  "Know anything about this?" he asked.  Of course, the DTA was going to lie and say "no".  What infractor of some wrongdoing wouldn't?  The witness statement is VERY RELEVANT to the matter at hand concerning me, thank you very much!!

Do you see why I'm lobbying so wholeheartedly to have her punished?  She knows she's in the wrong but continues to "hit 'em when they're down".  On top of that, she hurts other people just to hurt me.  She's nosey, a brown-noser, a phony, a troublemaker, and a criminal.  I think I've clearly established that she hasn't learned her lesson and would do this to another person again under a more lenient watch.  If Save-on-Foods head office still doesn't want to reprimand her after reading this, then suspicions of her friendship ties with head office would be as high as ever!! 

This is what I mean when I say that the DTA is more vile than C. K. from the Nanaimo Frontrunners.

Btw, you might want to find out if the DTA wiggled her way out of her cigarette fines and if she managed to get the 2018 manager to pay for it instead.  She's always able to sweet-talk and brown-nose her way out of trouble.  This notion was suggested by another co-worker who is also not a fan of hers.

The 2014 Death-Threat Manager Has Been Removed

Please recall that in May 2019, I filed a major complaint to the people of Save-on-Foods H.R. after I had felt hopeless filing a grievance with my then union rep.  Head office's refusal to help me led to me disclosing these incidents.  A few things happened in the subsequent months.

My grievance stated that the fake private investigator's harassment towards me had a huge part in the reason why I revealed the death-threat accomplice's name in this post.  At the start of June, the fake private investigator went on a 6-month hiatus from work because he did this to me.  Shortly after H.O. read my "Wolf Crier" post, the girl that the fake P. I. used to falsely accuse me of sexual harassment towards her (to get me fired to avenge his humiliation that I supposedly caused him), went on an indefinite sick leave in which she is still currently on.  The timing of her leave of absence coincided too impeccably with the fake P.I.'s suspension to believe that it wasn't related to the fake P.I.'s antics.

In August, a couple of things happened.  There was a tweak in the Frontrunners' personnel roster, involving the staff member who was involved in the death-threat agenda.  There was a specific reason given for her resignation and it would've been an afterthought in any other circumstance.  However, roughly a week beforehand, the 2014 death-threat manager was no longer head-managing his then-assigned store.  I have not heard anything about him head-managing another Overwaitea Food Group store since.  There are several things that could've happened:

• He took a head office job
• He got demoted to a lesser role
• He retired under his own free will
• He got fired or was forced into resignation

Knowing that Save-on-Foods will complain to the employer housing a staff member who harasses a Save-on-Foods team member, I'd have to suspect that her resignation from the Nanaimo Frontrunners was involuntary, even though I could be wrong.

If Save-on-Food's H.O. team wants to change our perception of the company supporting criminal activity, then I hope that THAT manager was indeed terminated from the company altogether and that the death-threat accomplice will also be terminated.  This is taking into consideration that I will not ever be able to return to Save-on-Foods as a shopper and as a working employee.  The emotional and situational damage has already been done so much so that it'd be hard for me to reconsider that notion.

The Fake P.I. Got Himself Fired!

Late February 2020, the fake private investigator got terminated from the Country Club Save-on-Foods in Nanaimo, BC.  Apparently, there were 2 other deli clerks who management wasn't very pleased about and wanted to catch them possibly doing something condemnable by surprise.  Instead, the fake P.I. was caught for his wrongdoing that was adequate for his immediate termination.

Internal theft & food sampling in the store are the 2 misconducts that will get an employee fired without any ifs, ands, or buts.  The fake P.I. told one of his former co-workers that he got caught eating some food belonging to the deli department.  I think he did something else.  It has been mentioned that he was asked about a prior infraction, admitted to it, and then he did that exact same thing again.

He was asked to go on a 6-month hiatus from work starting last May after I had notified the human resources department that he prevented me from holding the D.T.A. accountable without breaking company rules.  He obviously got suspended for intoxicating the environment back then.

My guess is that he got caught by surprise for "spreading hate" again.  Why else would his pull-up to the boardroom running over 3 hours long, involving a head office member, who would have to take a several-hour trip from the mainland to Vancouver Island?  Just as this fake P.I. had been lying to me and lying about me to other co-workers (to create a rebellion against me), he was as probable of trying to lie his way out of termination for the entire duration of that meeting.

Knowing that the company has finally held someone relating to my situation accountable is therapeutic.  For those of you who have been following my blog closely, you would understand my need to disclose this piece of news.  You all deserve to know, especially for those who have been checking in daily to blank updates.  It looks as though the Fake P.I. got out-faked at his own game.  😆😆😆

What to Call the Death-Threat Accomplice...

Oct. 16 Additional Notes:  

In other words, if the DTA gets a slap-on-the-wrist talking to for all of the havoc she has created, then I want the same treatment for the way I stood up to my harassers.  I want to be compensated as though I didn't miss any time at work.  Next time, Save-on-Foods labour relations, take what store managers tell you with a grain of salt.  They may not disclose everything about a given situation just to save their own skin.  Let the defendant speak!!

So you guys suspended me for revealing her true name.  Now you're nagging on me about an anonymous pronoun - DTA?  On top of that, you're saying that I'm fixated on her?  Reading your letter, I get the sense you are making all these warnings about taking legal action and firing me seem like you don't believe I was victimized at all.  Either that or you don't want to deal with the root of the problem.  You really don't care about my medical condition that YOU'VE created.  Aren't you going to ask me how I'm feeling and find a solution to help me feel better?

I'll tell you what?  I'm not going to worry about how you handle the DTA anymore.  The police asked me (on your behalf) what I want.  Let me tell you then.  I want you to acknowledge that you guys made an error in judgment on my actions.  I want to claim the 1-week suspension pay lost in Nov 2018 + the one-day suspension pay that I lost in 2014, minimum.  Your 2018 951 store manager's lack of support (comments to fire me) caused me to reduce my hours due to high stress from my harassers, and the L.R. lady suspended me one month before the new sick leave contract kicked in.  As a result, I was not able to average a high enough of average hours to qualify for sick leave benefits through the company.  I was coping with my stress without the support of anyone to the best of my ability.

On top of that, the union rep wouldn't do anything to argue this point to you on my behalf, and that's what made me snap.  I felt like you guys were imposing a double standard on me.  It was YOUR idea that I was sick and yet you guys were unwilling to help me out financially.  I had to suffer interest and balance transfer fees just to be able to live off of my credit cards.  Not to mention, the president of our local union canceled our over-the-phone meeting that we had planned earlier.  That was the last straw!!

Do you understand why I took it out on your company publically??  If just one of the above-mentioned things did or didn't take place, I wouldn't have thrown you all under the bus like that.  I had no one who would listen to me and believe me.  Now the territorial union rep tells me that I have to "be fit" to work in order for him to be willing to help me out financially??  Are you kidding me??  How long is that going to take?  I'm not even close to being ready to return to the Save-on-Foods working environment.

Now, I have some health complications and you've worsened it by threatening to take legal action against me by sending the police and bailiffs after me.  If you take legal action against my blog comments, I will countersue for your part in contributing to my current bad health.  Please understand how much crap and how long I had to endure it all before passing judgment onto me like this.

I only want what's fair.  You be fair to me and I will stop criticizing you publically.  Quit sending people after me and start listening to what you can do to help me out.  If you still consider me to be one of your employees, then you need to protect me by protecting my health, not just the identity of the DTA.  I'm simply just finding a way to keep my stress level under control so it doesn't further damage my health.

Save-on-Foods Didn't Fire Me...Yet

Well folks, apparently I'm still a Save-on-Foods employee.  One person asked a clerk inside the store about why he hasn't seen me for so long.  The clerk told him I got fired.  Another person who is familiar with the labour procedures of the company said that once I'm able to return to Save-on as a working employee, they are waiting to fire me.  I had two other people read the bailiff's letter from the company, and all of them agreed (with me), that I'm going to be fired if I try to return to work with them.

Now knowing that I'm still a Save-on-Foods employee, I can't be as outspoken about my displeasure with how they've handled my situation as I have been.  I'm unclear as to whether I'll make it back there as a working employee (under my own free will) but I would like to keep my options open just in case they are willing to acknowledge that I'm the victim and this was the only way that I was going to be able to fully explain my side of the story to my punishers.

This blog is supposed to be about shoes.  It's too bad a bad group of people used my employment with the company to ruin my career and to have almost ruin my shoe passion.  It's too bad I had to create this blog in hopes the DTA would stop harassing me.  It's too bad that Save-on-Foods punished me when all I was really doing was to fend off any future harassment behaviour and death threat attempts directed at me.  Can Save-on-Foods H.O. tell me that I had any other option when the 2018 manager would fire me if I kept complaining about my harassers and that labour relations refused to let me explain my actions before treating me like a psychotic delusionist?  And a territorial union rep who I can't trust?

Death-Threat Accomplice's Previous Job

For those who haven't read this, I will be making reference to this article.

Two days ago, I talked to a former co-worker of hers who used to work with her at Quality Foods, another grocery store.  Most of the points I've alluded to in the article link about the death-threat accomplice is exactly what she saw in her behaviour during their work time together.

She reinforced my thoughts about her by pointing out that she definitely knows how to manipulate people.  Once her co-workers see her true colours, they eventually fall away from her.  She also told me that once the managers can no longer be manipulated by her, she quit right away.  If her managers gave her a task that required her to actually work, she always found a way to wiggle her way out of it, at first.  

By the way, her ex-co-worker said she is the reason why she doesn't shop at the Country Club Save-on-Foods location.  The death-threat accomplice likes to hang around her neck when she sees her come into the store.  She didn't like the DTA when she worked with her at QF.  That's what I mean by the DTA leaving her front-end area to walk around the store all the time.  She also thinks that based her behaviour at QF, the DTA has her sights set on her next target, now that she's gotten me fired from Save-on-Foods.

Save-on-Foods should put this death-threat accomplice on the till for 40 hrs/wk instead of the "comfy" service desk.  She looks very uncomfortable on the cash register.  I wonder how long she'll last if she knows she can't manipulate the store managers to let her wander off around the store to dig up dirt on people.

Seniority means you'll have at least the same amount of hours as the people hired later than you.  If you are in Grid A, the group under the old contract, you aren't required to work later than 6 p.m..  Why does the death-threat accomplice have to work the 7am-3:30pm service shift all the time?  She's being overpaid at $26/hr just to float her fat ass around, causing trouble for innocent employees.  Make her work for it!!

Untangling the Death-Threat Allegiance

Don't let my hard work all go to waste.  The edited illustration should make it even more clear that I'm the victim and not the dangerous psychotic delusionist that the Save-on Foods head office made me out to be.  It sounds complicated when explained verbally but it's actually quite simple when you look at it.  Holy shit!  She tried to go 5 people layers deep to harass me without being caught!  Five layers, man!

Most of my readers seem to get it.  I was told I write really well, and yet, one person (the L.R. lady) said she couldn't correlate with my claims about my harassers and sent me to see a doctor, leaving me to feel like some sort of psychotic delusionist.  At first, I believed and still do believe that she wouldn't correlate with me because she didn't want to deal with the real problem and suspending me was the easiest fix.  However, my situation is very complicated and long-winded, so I will clarify things with an illustration below.

As you can see, my death-threat accomplice co-worker hid behind several different layers of people to make things as hard for me to support my claims of her involvement as she possibly could.  Too bad for her and her allies that they weren't expecting a well-versed blog like mine.

In 2014, I complained about C.K.'s claims to Jane Moxam (Nield).  She asked me where I worked.  Dave ended our conversation by freezing my gym membership and said to me:  "You can be killed for your hobby."

Next, Jane used H.A. to get through to the death-threat accomplice via her boyfriend, D.P., who happens to be her adopted son.  The pineapple gal (who looked a lot like one of Cindy's 2nd niece) tricked me into trouble and got her so-called "boyfriend" to phone in threatening to come into the store to kill me.  You all know what happened after that.

I took a break from photographing shoes.  When I resumed, I've gotten consent from a Running Room staff member to shoe pose for me.  It was during my day off from work.  On my first day back at work from my days off, I was approached by the mango gal, who looked like the pineapple gal's relative.  She used the same set-up tactic on me.

A year and a half later, after the death-threat group had been made aware of my blog, I noticed an implied admission of guilt from several of its party members.  First, the death-threat accomplice, D.P., and H.A. were all huddled up in front of the service desk.  I was wheeling my dolly through the walkway aisle, and approaching the wet table.  All of a sudden, no matter how hard I tried to break eye contact with him, D.P. stared straight at me, shuddering, as though he was going to break out in cold sweat.  We know of each other but we've never been acquainted.  Was he the one who made that death-threat phone call?

Secondly, on a different day, Cheryl D. came in with her friend trying to intercept me in the walkway aisle.  She tried to say something to me with this sheepish smile on her face but I turned into one of the aisles to avoid them both.  Did you not have enough courage to plead your innocence to me by yourself?  Also, why would I give your camp a chance to set me up again?  Quit coming into the store to harass me.  I'm trying to work.  She came into the store to hover around me several times after that.

Well, there you have it L.R. lady.  You can no longer say you "can't correlate" with my claims.  Also, a psychotic delusionist cannot and would not write & illustrate something like this in such detail with this kind of logic and with such consistency.  I hope by reading this post, you would have come to understand you've punished the wrong person.  If you suspended me because you "can't correlate", then why didn't you just ask for clarification??

Another Set-Up Attempt

Before I resume my blog postings, I've got some loose ends I need to tie up.  Have a look at these shoes below.  They are the women's

On September 11, 2018, I started my shift at 1:30 p.m. in the magazine aisle.  Before I even had a chance to settle in, a middle-aged couple entered in the aisle right behind me.  The woman was wearing these exact pair of runners.  Though well-worn, they were still worthy of admiration.  Before I could take my eyes off of these shoes, this fat-ass, death-threat accomplice came waltzing in right after them.  Yes, the same bitch that facilitated the death against me 3 years ago that got me suspended and emotionally/mentally traumatized.

She uses the knowledge of team members' scheduled shifts to plot her harassment schemes.  During the last 8 months since my last post, she had been timing her breaks whenever possible to coincide with mine.  She would also leave her front-end duties to circle around the store just to find something in any of the employees to tattle-tale on.  She is the dirtiest brown-noser in our store.  She would shop around the store during her off-duty hours and on her days off just to see what dirt she can dig up.  She will put people down so she wouldn't have to levitate her game to improve as an employee because she's too fat-assed of an intellect to even get off the floor.

This bitch works a lot behind the service desk and sometimes on self-scan.  She likes to talk a lot and horseplay with employees and customers.  This criminal of a bitch is none other than [you know who].  She is so consumed in her obsession to sabotage co-workers and possesses such a guilt-ridden conscience that it cost her her marriage and a 2-time fine, totaling $1150 for neglecting to ID minors for cigarette purchases.

Let me tell you something, [my dear death-threat accomplice].  Initially, I was going to keep your name anonymous as long as we were co-workers.  Do you really think getting me fired is going to discourage me from revealing your name??  You put me through a lot of hell and you knew you got away with one, and yet, you're doing everything you can to make my decision to reveal your name as easy as possible.  If this is what you've wanted all along, you win.  Felicitations!!!

Not Feeling Sorry for the Wolf Crier

As many of you know now, I've been back-stabbed by who I thought I was able to trust - the fake private investigator.  He knew who imposed the death threat unto me but continued to drag it on for months with excuse after excuse, telling me not to talk about our relationship and the death-threat incident.  That way, by nobody knowing about this, he could tell me all sorts of lies, including what another co-worker said about me.  This co-worker was also taken advantage by him prior to me being his next victim.  He told him that he ran a car shop and was a dealer of car parts.  He got him all riled up just to tell him that he had been playing him all along.  It turns out he was NOT in the auto business at all.

When he was done with him, he moved on to the next mentally fragile mind - mine.  He told me that this co-worker said that I was a cancer to our store since he had already brainwashed me into thinking he was a private investigator.  Imagine that.  I paid this phony $200 because I thought he was legit.  By telling me this, he would eliminate any chance I would converse with my co-worker about his situation and that I was also being victimized.

Wouldn't you know it, when his information and excuses didn't jive, I proactively found out the truth for myself after he kept flaking on promises he had made to me about fixing my car.  He was NOT a P.I. after all.  He had been playing me for a 6-month stretch.  I was already emotionally distressed after what had happened with the death-threat setup and I didn't need to be put down any more.  What made me the most upset was that it was too late to file a complaint about how the former management/owner group of the Nanaimo Athletic Club treated me.  This fake P.I. was trying to get free rides home from work and free coffees from me.  He knew I had the managers' respect and used me to manipulate them for his own mischievous cause.

When he knew that I had found him out, he got really scared because he knew I could get him into a lot of trouble by disclosing his bad act to management.  After a year of purposefully harassing me by making multiple attempts to make physical contact with me, I chastised him on May 29, 2016.  He really thought I was going to tell management and took matters into his own hands.  He faked sickness the next day and helped a young co-worker to write a letter that falsely accused me of sexual intent towards her, relating to my shoe hobby.  He knew how C.K. & C.D. of Frontrunners Nanaimo have gotten me trouble and used a very similar tactic in an attempt to get me fired.  If I had been fired, I wouldn't have been able to get him in trouble, or so he thought.  He got written up for his antics afterward.

He held a grudge towards me since and made multiple efforts to slander me so that the people in the deli would work against me and not with me.  He also continued to walk really close behind my back like he was going to make physical contact with me.  The store manager threatened to fire us both if I complained about him (or anyone else) one more time.  That's when I disclosed the death-threat accomplice's name even though I really didn't want to.  Those 2 people were constantly harassing me in several attempts to get me fired...but I digress.

I'm sure Save-on Foods' H.R. dept. has had a deeper look into my complaints about the fake P.I. since they've imposed the chain-wide ban on me on May 2, 2019.  Just a little over a month later, I was informed that he's currently not working at that store because he had come down with colon cancer.  He told me he had cancer 4.5 years ago while serving as my fake P.I..  Everytime when management gets tough on him or if he needs to divert the attention away from the truth, he cries wolf (lies).  

My info source tells me that he seems to be telling the truth this time (he also knows he's a compulsive liar), but I'll believe it when I see it.  If he has cancer, he should be at home getting some rest and seeking chemo and not walking around in public, telling people his condition.  I neither believe him nor do I care.  

I'm not going to speculate that his current absence from work is due to management punishing him for his inability to behave appropriately.  All I know is if management doesn't punish him for his antics, karma will (in the form of cancer).  Either he's suspended from work indefinitely or he really does have cancer.  Has that $200 you've gypped me out of paid dividends for you now??  Also, be careful of how you apply cancer onto yourself all the time.  You just might get it.

Trespassing is Tresspassing

May 9th Update:  

Save-on Foods had a bailiff hidden around the dark corner on my block, waiting for me to come home at 11 p.m. on Sunday night of May 5th.  (Was he going wait all night for me??  That`s pretty creepy and just reinforces my claim on how sketchy this company performs its business practices).

This bailiff disregarded this post, entered my property anyway, and flinged a letter from head office at me anyway.  The police told me bailiffs are allowed to serve letters of notices but they CAN`T enter your property to do so.

Listen, Save-on Foods head office!  I respect your decision on banning me from setting foot in your stores.  Now, I`d appreciate it if you`d do the same the next time you are to serve me such letters.

If I'm banned from all BC Save-on Foods then I'm going forbid any Save-On Foods people from entering my property to knock on my door.  Save-on Foods did exactly what Value Village did to me.  As long as you say you have something on them, they`d both take that as a "threat" and banish you.

I also want you to look at the following.  Even God approves seeking justice to wrong-doers.

Save-On Foods Sending People After Me

Save on is trying to get me to take down this most recent post about their criminal activity, I'm wagering to guess.  Better screen cap that while you have the chance.

To Save-on Foods:

If my dad asks you who you are, you tell him.  Otherwise, we will report you to the police for harassment and trespassing.  My doctor told me to stay away from Save on because of the medical condition you've created for me.  You're presence makes my condition worse.  You've been informed.  Please stay away.

I have very little in the way of assets.  You can take on my debt if you're looking to sue me.  I'm not legally obligated to remove any posts that don't exhibit threats.
