Why I'm so "Fixated" on the DTA


One more thing to note, do you think I like to constantly revisit my past thoughts on this ordeal??  I'm speaking out about the company because I had to - not because I want to.  I was VERY patient with my harassers and was very patient with the lack of support from all parties involved.  

The DTA is the reason why I'm in the position that I'm in now.  She was fixated on getting me into trouble for 4 years straight years so it's only fitting that I'm "fixated" on seeking out fairness.  If my employer won't punish the DTA for causing this whole mess, it should give me what I want so that this ghost can stop haunting you through this blog.  Work with my union rep.  Let me R.I.P..

Death-Threat Accomplice Tried to Blackmail Me


For anyone who wants to understand how it all started, please read this first.

For those of you who have kept up to date with my blog, this is the last thing I wanted to disclose about the death-threat accomplice.  Now, I leave it up to Save-on-Foods to figure out her true character and tendencies as a person and as an employee in general.  If this company still thinks she's too nice to have done what she did to me, then I can at least be at peace knowing I have had my say in its entirety about her conduct towards me.  So long, DTA.  I wish you good luck moving forward.  You've caused me a lot of grief!!

I have not forgotten to address this issue.  I just wanted to wait for the right time to revisit this.  Let me explain things in chronological order.

Beg. of March 2018:
I was having a conversation with J-a at the very top of the produce walkway aisle.  Refer to the diagram in this blog post.  Direct your attention to the where the service desk is located.  The DTA was concerned about our conversation from 40 ft away!!  She was staring straight at us the whole time when she had other tasks she could've been doing.  Since the DTA also did something bad to J-a, she was worried we were getting together to get back at her.
Later that day, I went upstairs to the lunchroom on my own.  Coincidentally, J-a followed suit.  Next thing I knew, the DTA timed her coffee break so she could see what the 2 of us were up to and followed her upstairs.  Of all places, the DTA sat directly across the table from where I was sitting and swiped frantically on her phone screen.  I could tell she was checking out my blog and was very afraid that I was going to reveal her antics that would've gotten her in a lot of trouble. 
March 21, 2018:

 The DTA's daughter is friends with a former co-worker of ours.  This ex-co-worker (we'll call her DFD) was dating J-a's son and had a baby boy together.  Later, DFD imposed a restraining order on her son, barring him from being able to see his newborn.  I've already established throughout my blog how nosey this DTA is.  Through her daughter's friendship with DFD, she was able to influence DFD to not let J-a see her grandson, even though J-a didn't have a restraining order against her like her son does.  You see where I'm going with this here?  There had already been some tension building up between J-a and this DTA leading up to this point.
Because of my interaction with J-a earlier in the month, the DTA thought J-a's relationship with her grandson was also important to me.  By having DFD's aunt hand over J-a's son's restraining order to her right in front of me, hollering the DTA's name:  "J-r!  J-r!" made it very obvious (to me) that the DTA was trying to blackmail me.  Obviously her name is J-a and not J-r.  The DTA wants to discourage me from revealing her antics publically so she could further harass me without any reisistance.
Just like she did before, she hid behind multiple layers of people so that she doesn't get caught for her antics.   She also likes to wait for my shift to start before sending people in to harass me just like she did in this incident.
**You have a grandaughter, DTA...How would you like it if a meddling non-relative took away YOUR ability to see her??**

March 22, 2018:
The next day, the DTA was on her high horse acting like she's got a firm grip on me as though I'm at her mercy now.  Little did she know, her blackmailing attempt had no bearing on my intent on how I was going to handle her.  Later that night was when I got really mad which led to me posting the "Telling Her Off" article as seen at the beginning of this blog post. 

March 23, 2018:
Knowing that she read my latest post, she felt agitated.  When she saw me walk past her, she had this poor-sport look on her face.  She didn't like the fact she had lost that little battle.

The 2018 manager said the witness statement was useless because J-a's situation was none of my business and that it was submitted too late.  He was trying to protect the DTA.  I know because he asked her a closed-ended question when he presented this witness statement to her, which can only yield a "yes" or a "no" answer.  "Know anything about this?" he asked.  Of course, the DTA was going to lie and say "no".  What infractor of some wrongdoing wouldn't?  The witness statement is VERY RELEVANT to the matter at hand concerning me, thank you very much!!

Do you see why I'm lobbying so wholeheartedly to have her punished?  She knows she's in the wrong but continues to "hit 'em when they're down".  On top of that, she hurts other people just to hurt me.  She's nosey, a brown-noser, a phony, a troublemaker, and a criminal.  I think I've clearly established that she hasn't learned her lesson and would do this to another person again under a more lenient watch.  If Save-on-Foods head office still doesn't want to reprimand her after reading this, then suspicions of her friendship ties with head office would be as high as ever!! 

This is what I mean when I say that the DTA is more vile than C. K. from the Nanaimo Frontrunners.

Btw, you might want to find out if the DTA wiggled her way out of her cigarette fines and if she managed to get the 2018 manager to pay for it instead.  She's always able to sweet-talk and brown-nose her way out of trouble.  This notion was suggested by another co-worker who is also not a fan of hers.

Why the Death-Threat Accomplice Won't Be Punished


I'd like to say something before I begin to hypothesize.  This whole ordeal has been more stressful to me than COVID-19 would be to many others.  It will stay this way for me until this whole situation is resolved in my favour.  I wouldn't know how I would cope if I couldn't express my frustrations through this blog.

When the labour relations person created yet another police complaint towards me, I knew that Save-on-Foods H.O. was still on her side.  He said that it was inappropriate to use the "death-threat accomplice" term.  That made me want to rebel even more.  Firstly, she did help facilitate the death threat towards me, which makes her an accessory to the crime.  Secondly, it was a death threat - something that I thought was real at the time.  Thirdly, she tried baiting me into getting myself in trouble again and again.  Lastly, how else did head office want me to address her as - a sweetheart??  Sugartuuts??  You don't want me to be using her real name but I wasn't about to address her by anything other than some sort of an accomplice.  What Save-on-Foods failed to exhibit is the fact that their improper handling of my situation, caused me great financial and emotional strain.  I'm the victim of her crime and yet, you want to take legal action against me for calling her the DTA??  LOL!!!

The first reason I think the DTA has not gotten disciplined at all via suspension or termination was that when she was pulled up into the boardroom, she must've told the manager this.  She told him that she was just following the death-threat manager's orders to test me.  I've established throughout my blog that she had her own motives (read paragraphs 5 & 6) for sabotaging my career.  Nothing was more apparent than when she tried to set me up again

Also, the police officer she sent after me said he was told by the DTA that she tried to stop me from taking pictures of people's shoes (by death-threatening me) was because she felt what I was doing was inappropriate!!  We all know that wasn't the reason why she death-threatened me.

The other reason why I think she got away unscathed was because someone from her circle of friends bears the same family name as the human resource member who sent bailiffs and a police officer after me and got me banned from the entire mall.  Could the DTA possibly have friendship ties with the Save-on-Foods head office??  If this is true, then it's no bloody wonder the punishment was ruled so lopsidedly against me.  Also, everyone involved in my situation, other than the DTA, has been reprimanded, including the displacement of the 2018 store manager, who failed to keep this situation under control.  This is yet, another reason to suspect the DTA's head office ties.

Moving back to my first thought, if she was blaming her actions on the death-threat manager's orders to her as an excuse for death-threatening me then I would once again, like to make a reference to her most recent harassment towards me in 2018.  The 2014 manager was long gone in 2018.  This shows that she was doing this under her own free will and that her involvement in the death-threat incident was also under her own free will.  If that wasn't enough to support my point, after she reported me for publicizing her real name on my blog, she came downstairs from the office meeting she had with the 2018 store manager, walked towards me, forced unwanted eye contact with me, and sustained a prolonged smile like she thought it was funny that she had gotten me in trouble.  Basically, she was taunting me.  Obviously, she's not sorry at all for what she did to me.  She's only sorry that she got caught for doing what she did.  She will stir the drink again if she continues to get the lenient and favoured treatment.

The 2014 Death-Threat Manager Has Been Removed


Please recall that in May 2019, I filed a major complaint to the people of Save-on-Foods H.R. after I had felt hopeless filing a grievance with my then union rep.  Head office's refusal to help me led to me disclosing these incidents.  A few things happened in the subsequent months.

My grievance stated that the fake private investigator's harassment towards me had a huge part in the reason why I revealed the death-threat accomplice's name in this post.  At the start of June, the fake private investigator went on a 6-month hiatus from work because he did this to me.  Shortly after H.O. read my "Wolf Crier" post, the girl that the fake P. I. used to falsely accuse me of sexual harassment towards her (to get me fired to avenge his humiliation that I supposedly caused him), went on an indefinite sick leave in which she is still currently on.  The timing of her leave of absence coincided too impeccably with the fake P.I.'s suspension to believe that it wasn't related to the fake P.I.'s antics.

In August, a couple of things happened.  There was a tweak in the Frontrunners' personnel roster, involving the staff member who was involved in the death-threat agenda.  There was a specific reason given for her resignation and it would've been an afterthought in any other circumstance.  However, roughly a week beforehand, the 2014 death-threat manager was no longer head-managing his then-assigned store.  I have not heard anything about him head-managing another Overwaitea Food Group store since.  There are several things that could've happened:

  • He took a head office job
  • He got demoted to a lesser role
  • He retired under his own free will
  • He got fired or was forced into resignation

Knowing that Save-on-Foods will complain to the employer housing a staff member who harasses a Save-on-Foods team member, I'd have to suspect that her resignation from the Nanaimo Frontrunners was involuntary, even though I could be wrong.

If Save-on-Food's H.O. team wants to change our perception of the company supporting criminal activity, then I hope that THAT manager was indeed terminated from the company altogether and that the death-threat accomplice will also be terminated.  This is taking into consideration that I will not ever be able to return to Save-on-Foods as a shopper and as a working employee.  The emotional and situational damage has already been done so much so that it'd be hard for me to reconsider that notion.
