Why Some Suggest I Quit

In talking to people who have my best interest, they say I should move on to something else.  When the union president and the head of labour relations aren't on my side, who's to say that they couldn't do something worse to me if I resume work with the company.  They could set me up for something way worse and can use what they've fabricated to blackmail me.  They could continue to give me a hard time to force me to quit anyway.  The relationship between the company and I have been fractured because of my insistence to stand up for myself.

However, if I quit, all names will be revealed and you will have to deal with the general public in and outside of work.  Chances of me quitting are not that bad at all, which is leading to a cause for concern for my harassers.  I've held it all in long enough.

By the way, in talking with the former co-worker, he said that the current union president is as much of a fence sitter and our current union rep and is also known as a back-stabber.  Your decision to block our e-mails are starting to plant the seed that shows the accuracy of his claim.  The recently retired union rep was a lot more apt stand up for the union members.

Frontrunners is Worse Than the Old Future Shop

About 20+ years ago, Future Shop was located in a plaza across the Old Island Hwy from Woodgroove Centre.  They were also a commission-based store.  Because they were so aggressive for sales, they would have staff members flood the A&B Sound parking lot with their cars so the customers wouldn't shop there.  Frontrunners upped the ante and used a death threat to brainwash me into thinking that I was perverted taking pictures of shoes.

So this fake private investigator had been drilling into my head that the reason why a certain group of people would kill me to stop me from taking pictures of shoes because they were jealous of the attention I was taking away from them.  Though it was somewhat true, it didn't answer the underlying motive for her to feel this.  If he was a real private investigator, he would've been at least able to dig up the fact she and the rest of the Frontrunners crew were preparing for their first annual women's fashion show.  Take a look at this newsletter sent out on October 24, 2018.

Four years ago, they were preparing for their inaugural event.  One of my fellow shoppers immediately suspected that they must've thought I was competing with them on something.  It turns out he was exactly right, as well as the fake P.I. to some degree.  The attention I was accused of taking away from her was in the form of her customers, which was absolutely not true.  On Nov. 7, 2015, I posted the following:

On top of that, I was even thinking about getting together with their staff to form a partnership.  The idea was they would help me find more shoe posers, which would serve as advertisements to help them sell their shoes in return.  Now, their real competition isn't me, like C.K. first thought.  It's her criminal perception by the community (and soon to be even more widespread than that) that she'll needing to avert.  Let this teach her a lesson to not jump to conclusions and to stay out of other people's business.

Company Transparency Turned Brown

Most of you would probably define transparency as something that you can see through like glass or crystal.  However, this analogy can also be applied to a person's character and a company's moral ethics.  One of the things the company preaches is transparency...but never gives a clear-cut definition of what it means, especially to our employees during our group huddles.

When a person is transparent, you should be able to get a good read on who (s)he is as a person and not have to worry about Jekyll-turned-Hyde.  Brown-nosers are masters of "being your friend" and then getting you to reveal your hobbies and tendencies to her.  Next thing you know, you're pulled up into the office, leaving you to wonder why.  Many managers WILL accommodate a brown-noser's personal agenda.

When a company is transparent, it is supposed to imbue trust in its employees and serves what it advertises.  Unfortunately, it fails to do so on both counts.  There are people posting food on Facebook with dirt sandwiched in between.  Our union rep is supposed to fight for our rights to the fullest extent but instead, he gives us the impression that he has colluded with the company management team so it doesn't get held accountable for implementing unfair practices to its employees.  There is a new sandwich program being implemented in the deli.  It plans to advertise that the meat is made in the store.  The meat is still transported in from a supplier and then reheated to a brown tan in store.  Is that transparency??

If I were a shopper, a current employee, or a prospective employee, I wouldn't expect the water to be water.  I would take it with a grain of salt - dirty sand in this matter.  If you want to give this company any benefit of the doubt, I would describe their "transparency" as translucent at best - a brown, dimlight passing to be specific.

Additional notes added May 15, 2022:  

What did Trish, the blonde Mona Lisa say to the D.T.A. that gave her the idea that she could report me and not expose her antics to head office and the police?  Also, Trish told me that she is an avid reader so it was very unlikely that she didn't read more into my blog to find out why I disclosed the D.T.A.'s name in Another Set-Up Attempt. 

Also, that post was made on Oct 23, 2018 and the D.T.A. waited until Nov. 26, 2018 to force management to present that to H.O., the day that Trish showed her my blog post.  The D.T.A. knew and had been following my blog well before that.  Otherwise, her adopted son wouldn't have been shuddering in my presence.  Read the 6th paragraph of this blog post to see what I mean.

Another tell-tale sign that Trish was a shit disturber is that she made eye contact with an employee sometime in early 2020, who she hasn't acquainted herself to and then that employee hasn't seen her in the store for 6 months since then and counting.  Clearly, Trish was trying to help the D.T.A. elude accountability.

YOU, the death-threat accomplice, tried to twist things around and accuse me of threatening your (reputation) by me disclosing your name on my blog.  A threat is when you are threatening to take someone's life (kill me).  What I was simply doing was warning you of the consequences if YOU didn't leave me alone.  YOU are the provoker and the instigator - NOT the victim.

I've given you a few warnings via body language and facial expression directed towards you, along with 3 notable warnings on this blog:

1. "Update on My Foes..."
2. "Telling Her Off"
3. "Another Set-up Attempt" 

You JUST WOULDN'T STOP bothering me!!!  You would always hang around the store well after work.  Sometimes you would go home early in the afternoon and then come back into the store at 9 p.m..  You would pretend you needed something in the aisle I was working in or in the aisles near me, just to check up on me.  It was a very unnatural shopping behaviour you exhibited.

On January 17, 2018, I came into the store as a customer to buy a computer magazine, a large soup, and a lumberjack sandwich.  I was trying to pay for my stuff at the deli cash register.  You left your self-scan area to talk to a clerk working at one of the produce tables just to check up on me.  It wasn't enough to scare you that I noticed?  I had to give you a long, stern stare before you were scared back to your post.  Not only did you not see me taking pictures of shoes, but you disrupted a coworker's productivity, and some paying customers may have walked through the self-scan area without paying for all of their items.

If you were truly the victim, you wouldn't have been on a constant attack to get me fired.  You wouldn't have waited a month and a half to accuse me of "threatening" you after you saw my "Another Set-up Attempt" post.  You were scared to draw the attention of your heinous act to you from management and head office.  The only reason why YOU were able to muster up enough courage to "report" me was because of a regular customer named:  "Trish".

Ladies & gentleman, this woman is about 5'4" in her mid to upper 30's, weighing about 130 lbs, with a slim build.  She wears her straight, blond hair draped down to her mid back most of the time.  Sometimes she'll tie her hair up into a single long, braided pigtail.  The best way I can describe her is that she looks like a blonde Mona Lisa (with a wider eye expression), wearing Mizuno runners, and flip flops when she's in a more laid back mood.  She read my blog and then tells the store manager that I'm ruining her reputation by handing out business cards.  After that, she went and got H.B. at the Running Room in trouble (for what she did to me).  I saw quite the staff turnover in that store since.  I don't see Tracy McKeown's (Frontrunners employee) boyfriend in there anymore, as well as Cheryl Davies' (Frontrunners employee) ex-coworker working in there anymore.  This ex-coworker of hers shoe-posed for me and then got together with Cheryl to set me up for a second time by sending in the mango gal.

If my assessment of the situation was accurate, Trish was just being a sh*t disturber.  How could she be so concerned about the tarnished reputation of a criminal, then turn around and get a couple of my enemies in trouble?

By the way, how come a couple of months later, I saw you, Trish, methodically walking towards the Fit4Less entrance, dressed completely in black with this mischievous smirk on your face?  Your shoes are usually more colourful than that.  Were you trying to dissuade me from asking you for pictures of your shoes should you run into me at that gym?  My point is that Trish's complaint(s) shall now be deemed a farce moving forward.  She is a drama-creating troublemaker.
