The police officer told me you were genuinely scared when I was tempted to disclose the names of those who were involved in your death-threat plot. Never did I once mentioned that I was going to do any harm to you, nor did I intend to. Not everyone is as vile as you. However, if that was how you actually felt, I`m sure you can now empathize with how you made me feel. I think she faked her scared state of mind just to manipulate the police against me. I didn`t like how after you`ve successfully gotten me in trouble 4+ years ago, you continued to hire people to harass me in and outside of work, with the intention of making me lose my cool to get myself in trouble. I also didn`t appreciate the fact that you set up a plot several times to make it like people were shaming me for my hobby. One of your co-workers also told me that you were happy to have gotten me fired. That really tells me how vile of a person you are and that you are the victimizer and NOT the victim. Do you realize what you can do to a weaker-minded person?? Would you feel glad as a troublemaker if you`ve caused your victims to commit suicide? How many other people`s lives have you ruined besides mine? If you know you`re eventually going to pay the price but still can`t stop, then I suggest seeking some help. One of the pre-requisite questions a mental institution would ask is if you feel the need to draw attention to yourself. There were other questions on that sheet that describes you perfectly. Perhaps you are ill but you just don`t know it. Perhaps if you can get yourself turned around, I might even forgive you, not for what you`ve done to me, but the fact that I know you wouldn`t meddle in other people`s lives again. Let people enjoy their own successes in life. Keep out!!!
For those who don`t know what I`m talking about, read this article. May 9th Update:
Save-on Foods had a bailiff hidden around the dark corner on my block, waiting for me to come home at 11 p.m. on Sunday night of May 5th. (Was he going wait all night for me?? That`s pretty creepy and just reinforces my claim on how sketchy this company performs its business practices). This bailiff disregarded this post, entered my property anyway, and flinged a letter from head office at me anyway. The police told me bailiffs are allowed to serve letters of notices but they CAN`T enter your property to do so. Listen, Save-on Foods head office! I respect your decision on banning me from setting foot in your stores. Now, I`d appreciate it if you`d do the same the next time you are to serve me such letters. If I'm banned from all BC Save-on Foods then I'm going forbid any Save-On Foods people from entering my property to knock on my door. Save-on Foods did exactly what Value Village did to me. As long as you say you have something on them, they`d both take that as a "threat" and banish you. I also want you to look at the following. Even God approves seeking justice to wrong-doers.
I'm venting about Save-Save-On Food's criminal activity because my Mental condition doesn't allow me to hold in 4 years of unfair treatment and to be able to manage my anger. If you want me to take down "Save-On Foods Supports Criminal Activity" post, you will offer reimburse all of the pay that you've made me lose so far and fund me for as long as my doctor deems me ill. You created this tussle between us and I'll put the onus on you undo this.
Save on is trying to get me to take down this most recent post about their criminal activity, I'm wagering to guess. Better screen cap that while you have the chance.

If my dad asks you who you are, you tell him. Otherwise, we will report you to the police for harassment and trespassing. My doctor told me to stay away from Save on because of the medical condition you've created for me. You're presence makes my condition worse. You've been informed. Please stay away.
I have very little in the way of assets. You can take on my debt if you're looking to sue me. I'm not legally obligated to remove any posts that don't exhibit threats.
Save-on Foods' head office thought I was going into their BC stores to use this information against them. I didn't get any of this information by going into their stores. If you don't want me to spread this piece of information, then simply don't infuriate me than I already am. I gave you lots of warnings - not threats. You guys aren't the sharpest tools in the head (office) when it comes to making judgment calls. You all are just a tool.

However, the same cannot be said for disgruntled employees. I tried to stand up against bully & harassment at the workplace and I get treated like some psychotic delusionist. If the company doesn't want to punish the perpetrators, then it shouldn't punish me for doing what any victim in my situation would do - defend oneself!! The company was only "protecting" its people against my harmless warnings - not threats. Yet, it failed to protect this one employee who has been patiently tolerating 4 year's worth of bullying & harassment in the store. As a result, I'm now out of a job. An average unhappy customer will p*ss if left undiffused, and so will this disgruntled employee. Epic fail, Save-on Foods. This is why harassers will always harass because they know they won't get punished. When someone who's been wronged is issuing warning, it's a way for him to say there's a chance we can make amends. With this company I would suggest exhausting all your alternatives first and then take the next step without telling anyone within. This company does NOT deserve a chance at redemption.
As I mentioned, there are 3 forms of illegal activity that took place at the Nanaimo Country Club Save-on Foods location.
Uttering a death threat: A former manager supports death threat conducted by a customer. He claimed that if I treated his gal the same way, he would react the same. Please refer to this posting.
Sexual assault & battery: A former supervisor gave a forceful upward thrust to the testicles of a then 16-year old boy, doesn't get fired, gets transferred to a different store, and then gets promoted to become an assistant manager at another store across the strait shortly after.
Age discrimination: A former employee of this store was turned down a department management position because he was told he wasn't one of the young kids.
This employer essentially fired me w/o actually saying: "You're fired" because they didn't like the fact that I'm standing up to my harassers at work. Save-on Foods was so scared that I was going to publish this piece of info, that they accused me of threatening the people within and sent a policeman after me in regards to this blog. How come a person can phone in and threaten my life but I can't write in to warn them about me taking (legal) action if they don't resolve my problem??
As you can see, there is no threat here. I'm simply trying to protect my life and my right to work free from harassment here and they have the audacity to twist things around and say I'm threatening them? I haven't even reported the people who conspired a death threat against me yet, continued to harass me at work for the next 4 years. How dare this company send a policeman after me?? It's just another corporation trying to sweep accountability under the rug.
I guess I can't say: "If Save-on Foods doesn't resolve my job situation, I will take further legal action. Oops. I guess I'll be expecting another door knock from the police." I am scarred emotionally and financially to this day. I am deemed by the L.R. head to be unhealthy and keeps suspending me for complaining about my harassers too much. May 9th Update:
A member of the H.R. dept. said that the title of this posting is untrue. This individual employee might not support it but the manager of this store 4+ years ago certainly does. "The boyfriend of the girl you were talking to last night wanted to KILL YOU...If you did that to my wife I would react the same." He is a manager who represents Save-on Foods and he's supposed to lead by example. If he supports killing me then Save-on Foods supports criminal activity. That's not slander. I know and remember what he said to me. Had my union rep called him on his death threat utterance towards me like I`ve asked him to, my co-worker wouldn`t have continued to harass me, which would have prevented this day from taking place.
It's no secret that the stress level of all the bullying & harassment at my workplace has taken it's toll on me. When I just turned 40, I noticed some grey hairs. I did not notice any white hairs on my dad when he was 50, and his job was a lot more stressful overall than my situation at present.
These are the white hairs I've plucked from my head area to better observe the overall stress effect I have endured. I came up with a spontaneous idea to make use of this on my blog...
It took 45 minutes of frustration to form this figure. The hairs kept sticking to my fingers and they snapped away as I pinch them. I almost gave up but in the end, it was worth it!!
Growing grey is inevitable but my enthusiasm for shoes will never grow old. I taped it down and kept it as a momento for my achievement.
