SoF Treats Me Like a Criminal - Key Points


August 31 Update:
When I tried to get the Nanaimo union rep to appeal my suspension for me, he said:  "It is the duty of the company to protect its staff."  Say-whaaat??  Now he's saying I'm the one who's the threat to my workplace??  Fight for me, damnit!!  Don't justify my employer's discipline on its staff members like you always do!!

It's time for the Save-on Foods human resources department to eliminate the root of the problem - not the dandelion that persistently stems from it.  I'm not going away anytime soon.  I'm just going to continue producing seeds for my blog's exposure.

Another Set-Up Attempt

Dear readers:

Before I resume my blog postings, I've got some loose ends I need to tie up.  Have a look at these shoes below.  They are the women's

For my new readers, you might want to read:  "I Got Framed - The Full Story" to get caught up to speed.

On September 11, 2018, I started my shift at 1:30 p.m. in the magazine aisle.  Before I even had a chance to settle in, a middle-aged couple entered in the aisle right behind me.  The woman was wearing these exact pair of runners.  Though well-worn, they were still worthy of admiration.  Before I could take my eyes off of these shoes, this fat-ass, death-threat accomplice came waltzing in right after them.  Yes, the same bitch that facilitated the death against me 3 years ago that got me suspended and emotionally/mentally traumatized.

She uses the knowledge of team members' scheduled shifts to plot her harassment schemes.  During the last 8 months since my last post, she had been timing her breaks whenever possible to coincide with mine.  She would also leave her front-end duties to circle around the store just to find something in any of the employees to tattle-tale on.  She is the dirtiest brown-noser in our store.  She would shop around the store during her off-duty hours and on her days off just to see what dirt she can dig up.  She will put people down so she wouldn't have to levitate her game to improve as an employee because she's too fat-assed of an intellect to even get off the floor.

This bitch works a lot behind the service desk and sometimes on self-scan.  She likes to talk a lot and horseplay with employees and customers.  This criminal of a bitch is none other than [you know who].  She is so consumed in her obsession to sabotage co-workers and possesses such a guilt-ridden conscience that it cost her her marriage and a 2-time fine, totaling $1150 for neglecting to ID minors for cigarette purchases.

Let me tell you something, [my dear death-threat accomplice].  Initially, I was going to keep your name anonymous as long as we were co-workers.  Do you really think getting me fired is going to discourage me from revealing your name??  You put me through a lot of hell and you knew you got away with one, and yet, you're doing everything you can to make my decision to reveal your name as easy as possible.  If this is what you've wanted all along, you win.  Felicitations!!!

Save-on Foods Treats Me Like a Criminal


For those who are wondering how I've been doing lately, I've been struggling emotionally.  Some days are worse than others.  That's why I have not been very active overall, let alone working on this blog.  

At the beginning of May of 2019, Save-on Foods sent a policeman and 2 bailiffs after me.  The death-threat accomplice made things out to the police as though I was going to harm her physically.  That was just her feeble attempt to dodge public embarrassment for using crime to jeopardize my career.  

The 2 bailiffs were sent after me to deliver a letter that wrongfully accused me of slandering the company for supporting criminal activity.  Refer to the bottom half of this article to see why I'm still standing strongly behind my claims.

Let me tell you something, my dear death-threat accomplice.  You are now "known to the police".  I was very surprised that you went to the police knowing that I'd have to disclose your death-threat antics.  Your guilt conscience must really be weighing heavily on you if you would risk having your antics disclosed to the police by making yourself the victim.

As for the two H.R. members of Save-on Foods, I was pleading for some desperately needed support from you because I was wrongfully suspended and the Nanaimo union rep is lazy.  (More on this later in this article).   I wouldn't have revealed your company name but you decided to accuse me of being the trouble maker and you banned me from all of your B.C. stores instead.  (Not that I wanted to do business with you anyway).  On top of that, you attempted to have the mall administrator ban me from the entire mall and you wouldn't even tell him why you were making such a request.

Listen.  Your L.R. person formed a questionnaire in such a way that even "tricked" the doctor into putting me on long-term stress leave.  I was able to emotionally manage 4.5 years of drama up to that point, despite of it all.  Was this her way of prolonging my suspension??  Now, I don't know if or when I'll return to Save-on Foods as a working employee.

Save-on Foods is supposed to be a huge advocate for supporting mental health.  Not only did "tricking" my doctor caused my stress, but you worsened it by treating me like a criminal!!  If you won't discipline the death-threat accomplice, then I have to vent publically to help me manage my stress level.  If you won't even let me vent, then you are contributing to the deterioration of my health by forcing me to bottle up my emotions, which can lead to Type C cancer.

Lest you forget, Save-on Foods H.R., that I'm the victim here and NOT the troublemaker.  How would you have coped if you had to endure 4.5 years of harassment that included multiple set-up attempts to get me fired?  On top of that, the 2018 store manager looked to fire me for seeking help to avert my harassers.  Lastly, instead of properly hearing my side of the story, you sent me on medical leave, making feel like a psychotic delusionist.

As for the union rep, I cannot move forward with my grievance filing until I'm able to deal with another union rep.  The current Nanaimo union rep appointed the death-threat accomplice as one of the store's shop stewards.  I told him 4 years ago that she was involved in the death-threat plot and yet, it fell on deaf's ears.  Yes, she put in for the shop steward position soon after a Frontrunners customer showed my blog to them.  Store members are supposed to be able to vote on who becomes our shop stewards.  This tells me that this union rep is not only lazy, but he is exhibiting an act of favourtism, and possibly corruption.

I was told by a former co-worker that he tends to appoint shop stewards who don't question his "methodology" (lack of action taken to support the union members).  Another co-worker told me that he had a problem with a co-worker doing everything it took to get him fired 10+ years ago.  If he had this very same union rep back then, his job would have been as much in jeopardy as mine.  

This union rep always tries to justify managers' (wrongful) discipline towards their subordinates.  Even after I told this union rep that (the manager of the Country Club Centre 5+ years ago) used a death threat tactic as a reason to suspend me, this union rep said:  "[He] actually isn't a bad guy."  That's why I can't deal with this current union rep.  Not only is he really passive when it comes to fighting for union members' rights, but he's siding with these death-threat supporters.  He also said the fact that I was asking that pineapple gal to e-mail me pics of her pink Nikes, that:  "I sure asked for it (meaning the death threat)" and proceeded to chuckle.  A death threat is no joking matter.  It can traumatize anyone emotionally (who takes it the wrong way).

What I'm trying to say is the fact that Save-on Foods is threatening to take legal action against me for slander that is not slander, shows me that they just don't want to take responsibility for the death-threat accomplice's antics, and used a warning letter to dissuade me from disclosing any more of their wrongful acts.  I also want to say that it cost taxpayers' money to keep someone in jail.  Do you want taxpayers to fund my prison cell just because you want to side with this death-threat accomplice??  I don't think Jimmy Pattison would be very happy with you since he wants to leave a legacy as a do-gooder when he passes away.

If Save-on Foods wants me to "cease and desist", then it should either punish the death-threat accomplice or provide me with recourse to help me recover emotionally and to recoup my financial losses.  The company can start by letting me vent until I have relieved my stress completely so that I don't have the desire to publically rant about this company.  UFCW 1518 can help out by finding me another union rep who I can trust to make a concerted effort to help me fight for my rights as a union member.  If I completely cut ties with Save-on Foods, these blog posts will stay up here permanently.  By the way, I feel much better for venting my side of the story fully.  Maybe I can "finally" start to heal - NOT!

Not Feeling Sorry for the Wolf Crier


As many of you know now, I've been back-stabbed by who I thought I was able to trust - the fake private investigator.  He knew who imposed the death threat unto me but continued to drag it on for months with excuse after excuse, telling me not to talk about our relationship and the death-threat incident.  That way, by nobody knowing about this, he could tell me all sorts of lies, including what another co-worker said about me.  This co-worker was also taken advantage by him prior to me being his next victim.  He told him that he ran a car shop and was a dealer of car parts.  He got him all riled up just to tell him that he had been playing him all along.  It turns out he was NOT in the auto business at all.

When he was done with him, he moved on to the next mentally fragile mind - mine.  He told me that this co-worker said that I was a cancer to our store since he had already brainwashed me into thinking he was a private investigator.  Imagine that.  I paid this phony $200 because I thought he was legit.  By telling me this, he would eliminate any chance I would converse with my co-worker about his situation and that I was also being victimized.

Wouldn't you know it, when his information and excuses didn't jive, I proactively found out the truth for myself after he kept flaking on promises he had made to me about fixing my car.  He was NOT a P.I. after all.  He had been playing me for a 6-month stretch.  I was already emotionally distressed after what had happened with the death-threat setup and I didn't need to be put down any more.  What made me the most upset was that it was too late to file a complaint about how the former management/owner group of the Nanaimo Athletic Club treated me.  This fake P.I. was trying to get free rides home from work and free coffees from me.  He knew I had the managers' respect and used me to manipulate them for his own mischievous cause.

When he knew that I had found him out, he got really scared because he knew I could get him into a lot of trouble by disclosing his bad act to management.  After a year of purposefully harassing me by making multiple attempts to make physical contact with me, I chastised him on May 29, 2016.  He really thought I was going to tell management and took matters into his own hands.  He faked sickness the next day and helped a young co-worker to write a letter that falsely accused me of sexual intent towards her, relating to my shoe hobby.  He knew how C.K. & C.D. of Frontrunners Nanaimo have gotten me trouble and used a very similar tactic in an attempt to get me fired.  If I had been fired, I wouldn't have been able to get him in trouble, or so he thought.  He got written up for his antics afterward.

He held a grudge towards me since and made multiple efforts to slander me so that the people in the deli would work against me and not with me.  He also continued to walk really close behind my back like he was going to make physical contact with me.  The store manager threatened to fire us both if I complained about him (or anyone else) one more time.  That's when I disclosed the death-threat accomplice's name even though I really didn't want to.  Those 2 people were constantly harassing me in several attempts to get me fired...but I digress.

I'm sure Save-on Foods' H.R. dept. has had a deeper look into my complaints about the fake P.I. since they've imposed the chain-wide ban on me on May 2, 2019.  Just a little over a month later, I was informed that he's currently not working at that store because he had come down with colon cancer.  He told me he had cancer 4.5 years ago while serving as my fake P.I..  Everytime when management gets tough on him or if he needs to divert the attention away from the truth, he cries wolf (lies).  

My info source tells me that he seems to be telling the truth this time (he also knows he's a compulsive liar), but I'll believe it when I see it.  If he has cancer, he should be at home getting some rest and seeking chemo and not walking around in public, telling people his condition.  I neither believe him nor do I care.  

I'm not going to speculate that his current absence from work is due to management punishing him for his inability to behave appropriately.  All I know is if management doesn't punish him for his antics, karma will (in the form of cancer).  Either he's suspended from work indefinitely or he really does have cancer.  Has that $200 you've gypped me out of paid dividends for you now??  Also, be careful of how you apply cancer onto yourself all the time.  You just might get it.
